Franco Cevolini

Management

Franco Cevolini was born on 27 July 1972 in Modena. He graduated in materials engineering in 1997 from the University of Modena.

In 1996, he held the position of executive director at the newly-formed C.R.P. Technology S.r.l. (spin-off of Roberto Cevolini & Company).

In 1998, he collaborated with DTM Corporation in the development of CastForm PS material, used for the creation of disposable models in RP (rapid prototyping) for investment casting (lost wax casting), while in 1999, within the CRP group he participated in the creation of Windform and Windform GF, polyamide based composite materials, for Additive Manufacturing SLS. In 2000, he worked with the Minardi Team to develop the world’s first Formula One box in fused titanium alloy.

From 2002 to 2004, as part of the development process of the Windform line, he created the materials Windform PRO, Windform PRO B and Windform XT, the first material in the world, marketed for selective laser sintering (SLS) and filled with carbon fibre.

At the Date of the Admission Document, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the companies belonging to the CRP Group.

Livia Cevolini

Livia Cevolini was born on 16 September 1978 in Scandiano (RE).

After graduating in mechanical engineering in 2003 at the University of Parma, she has worked for the CRP Group since the very beginning.

From 2002 to 2009, she was Director of the Marketing and Sales Area of ​​the CRP Group. She oversaw the marketing campaigns related to the launch of the Windform line and the foreign commercial activities of the CRP Group (2004-2005) as well as the launch of the subsidiary company in the United States of America in 2008.

In 2005, she collaborated with ADV Agency – Racing sponsor agency; since the same year, she has been Sales Manager and Team Manager of the Fantic Motor team in the participation in the World Championship (cat. 250cc).

Since 2009, she has been in charge of the Energica project and since its establishment Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Andrea Vezzani

Management

Andrea Vezzani was born on 28 February 1966 in Modena. In 1991, he graduated in economics and business at the University of Modena and subsequently obtained the qualification to practice as a chartered accountant and auditor.

From 1992 to 1994, he worked in management control for Foodservice System Italia S.p.A. and Staff Service S.r.l. (company of the Cremonini group).

From 1995 to 1996, he became head of management control and franchising manager of Foodservice System Italia S.p.A.

From 1996 to 2000, he was financial controller at McDonald’s Development Italy Inc.

Subsequently, from 2001 to 2006, he was a financial controller for Think3 Inc., the leading American software house in Italy in applications for computer-aided design (CAD).

Giampiero Testoni

Management

Giampiero Testoni was born on 2 June 1978 in Milan.

After graduating in 1996, he attended a professional course in mechanical engineering.
In 2000, he founded Super Moto Bros in Milan, a company active in the sale and repair of motorcycles.
In 2005, he collaborated with the Scuderia Fantic Motor GP team as part of the participation in the Motorcycling Road Racing World Championship.

In 2006, he collaborated with ADV Agency – Racing sponsor agency in the management of motorcyclists and sponsorships, also in the context of the Motorcycling Road Racing World Championship.

In 2006, he started working for CRP Technology S.r.l., becoming the Racing Department Manager and, at the end of 2006, the managing director of CRP Racing, a newly established company with the aim of developing special projects in the racing world.

From 2010, he has started working for the Energica project as technical and research and development manager of motorcycles.

Over the years, he has contributed to the development of eCRP, an electric superbike and winner of the TTXGP European championship of electric motorcycles in 2010, and has participated in the creation of numerous registered patents relating to components and systems of Energica motorcycles.

Gian Carlo Minardi

Gian Carlo Minardi was born in Faenza on 18 September 1947. After a brief period as a pilot, he began his career in the field of motor racing by collaborating with the Scuderia del Passatore, a team from Romagna that raced in minor formula.

From 1972 to 1974, the team achieved excellent results in Formula Italia. In 1975, he started a collaboration with Ferrari.

In 1979, Gian Carlo Minardi created the Minardi Team, obtaining four brilliant seasons in Formula 2 with good results.

In 1985, Minardi made his Formula One début. In 1994, to ensure the survival of the team, Gian Carlo Minardi agreed with Scuderia Italia and until the end of the 2000 season, he worked as general manager of the team.

With the sale to Red Bull in 2005, Gian Carlo Minardi’s adventure ended in Formula 1, after 21 years and 340 Grand Prix. Currently, Gian Carlo Minardi carries out consultancy activities in the automotive sports sector on behalf of the ACI-CSAI (Italian Automobile Sports Commission), and is a sports commentator for various newspapers and television channels.
