We are looking for a professional with Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar, and with previous experience in the role of Firmware Engineer or Firmware Developer (preferably from the Automotive/Motorcycle sector).
- The candidate must be proficient in model design tools (Matlab, Simulink, Labview); he/she must have experience in code generation and programming in the embedded C / C ++ field, and experience on ARM microcontrollers and RTOS.
- The caniddate should be familiar with the following topics: describe what an RTOS is and how it works; describe in detail what a bootloader is and how to write a bootloader; know what a trace port is and what it can be used for; be able to write a program in C that takes an input number N, calculates O = 64 * (N + 1) if N <100 or O = (N-1) / 32 if N> = 100, trying to keep the code as compact as possible and as efficient as possible; know how to implement a FIR filter in the most efficient way (by runtime) using a Cortex M4 mcu with FPU.

We are looking for a professional with Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar, and with previous experience in the same role (preferably from the Automotive/Motorcycle sector).

Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with suppliers, both domestic and international
- Negotiate and issue open orders to qualified suppliers based on project requirements, ensuring that product specifications, equipment, and delivery deadlines are accurately communicated
- Manage the procurement of components and subcontracting, optimizing inventory levels and total supply costs
- Ensure the best agreement between suppliers and the company in terms of margins, quality of materials, and delivery times
- Search (scouting), select, and support the qualification of new suppliers at the national and international level, including far east, evaluating their capacity and reliability in accordance with the guidelines of the Management
- Establish and maintain a purchasing strategy with a corresponding cost reduction plan

Relevant experience
- Min 3 years’ experience in International Sales Management in the automotive industry, preferably motorbikes.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across multiple demands.
- Excellent sales, networking and negotiation skills. Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- A basic understanding of customer service, marketing and credit management notions.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of German
- Willing to travel for over 50% of the time.

We are looking for a professional with Electronic or Electric Engineering Degree with a previous experience in the same role.
- The candidate must have proficient use of lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, multimeter); he/she must know main automotive protocols and communication technologies (CAN Bus, UDS, KWP2000).
- Other required skills are fluent English, problem solving attitude and good reporting capabilities.
- Finally, basic programming skills (C or/and C++) are considered a valuable plus.
